This note of thanks is long overdue, Jane. I''ve known you since early in 1997 when I was thinking of relocating to Markham from the Ottawa area. And then the sign went in the ground! Oh my! The rest was a blur as your listing turned from "For Sale" into "SOLD" firm and unconditionally in less than 24-hours, above asking price!
